Application:
Place 7 drops under the tongue or in a little water 2–6 times daily.
Essences can also be applied externally by mixing them into lotions or creams, or by adding them to bath water – which is especially effective.

Aqueous plant extracts: Bluebell, Boab, Christmas Bell, Five Corners, Pilotheca, Pink Flannel Flower, Southern Cross, Sunshine Wattle; purified water, brandy.
