Purchase at pharmacy purchase price (AEP)
As an activated business customer, you purchase from us at the pharmacy purchase price (AEP). This is the net price at which pharmacies obtain medicines from wholesalers or manufacturers, excluding VAT.
Shopping lists for structured orders
To further optimize your purchasing process, shopping lists are available to you. These can be used as a watch list for later orders or to save recurring order suggestions for specific use cases. This allows regular orders to be prepared efficiently and re-ordered again with just a few clicks.
Payment on invoice
Business customers in our online shop have the option to pay by invoice. We enable this payment method for you after successfully verifying your business license. You will receive the invoice by email and in printed form together with your delivery. If the delivery address differs, the invoice will be sent exclusively by email to the email address provided with the order. The invoice document is sent at the time the goods are dispatched. Please check the delivery at your convenience and pay the invoice amount by bank transfer within ten days of receiving the goods. Until payment has been made in full, the goods remain the property of Hecht-Pharma GmbH. Please include the payment reference number stated on the invoice when making the transfer.

Quick orders for maximum efficiency
For particularly efficient ordering processes, additional quick-order functions are available to you. Products can be entered directly via item number or product name, and the desired quantity can be adjusted immediately. In addition, you can upload a prepared CSV file to capture larger orders in a time-saving manner. The file must contain the columns “product_number” and “quantity”.
