This black tea grows in the finest cultivation areas of Ceylon, preferably on warm hillside plantations at altitudes above 1,200 meters with high humidity and sufficient rainfall. Kottas Ceylon Gold delights and refreshes with its full-bodied, typical aroma and its rich, golden-colored infusion.
Preparation:
Pour boiling water over 1 filter bag per cup (125 ml) and allow to steep for 3–5 minutes. Most of the caffeine is released within the first 3 minutes. For a milder effect, let the tea steep for about 4–5 minutes.
