Every day, our body is exposed to various foreign substances and germs. The immune system acts as a natural shield and keeps us healthy. But what happens when it weakens? Even then, there are ways to strengthen it: Immuna® forte capsules are a combination of beta-glucans with vitamin C and zinc. Beta-glucans are complex polysaccharides that act as a kind of booster for our immune defenses. In the intestine, they are recognized by macrophages of the intestinal mucosa, which are then stimulated and migrate toward the lymph nodes and bone marrow. There, the beta-glucans are broken down and bind to specific immune cells, thereby activating them. This process promotes the formation of additional defense cells. Vitamin C also contributes to the normal function of the immune system. Both vitamin C and zinc help protect cells from oxidative stress. Beta-glucans also help maintain normal cholesterol levels in the blood. The beta-glucans in Immuna® forte capsules are derived from the shiitake mushroom and undergo a gentle fermentation process.

Recommended intake:
Adults: Take 1 capsule daily with liquid. Intake should ideally be continued for at least 5 consecutive days.
1 capsule contains 300 mg Immuna® (Beta-(1,3/1,6)-glucan from shiitake mushroom); 160 mg vitamin C (200 % NRV*); 69.6 mg zinc gluconate equivalent to 10 mg zinc (100 % NRV*).
*NRV = Percentage of the recommended daily intake
