Right of Withdrawal / Cancellation Policy

If the customer is a consumer within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Act, they have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which the customer or a third party designated by the customer, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform Hecht Pharma GmbH (Zevener Straße 9, D-27432 Bremervörde, Tel.: +49 (0) 4761 92 56 -0) of their decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by post, fax or e-mail). The customer may use the provided model withdrawal form, which can be found here, although its use is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for the customer to send the notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal
If the customer withdraws from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from the customer, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs resulting from the customer choosing a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by the seller), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we received the notification of withdrawal from this contract. The seller may withhold reimbursement until the goods have been returned or until the customer has provided proof that the goods have been sent back, whichever is earlier. The customer must return or hand over the goods to the seller without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which they informed the seller of their withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if the customer sends the goods before the 14-day period has expired. The customer shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods. The customer shall only be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. The customer has no right of withdrawal for contracts concerning:

• Goods whose price depends on fluctuations in the financial market that are beyond the trader’s control and which may occur within the withdrawal period,
• Goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalized,
• Goods that are delivered sealed and are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, if the seal has been removed after delivery,
• Alcoholic beverages, the price of which was agreed upon at the time of the conclusion of the contract but which can only be delivered after 30 days and whose current value depends on market fluctuations beyond the trader’s control,
• Audio or video recordings or computer software supplied in a sealed package, if the seal was removed after delivery,
• Newspapers, periodicals or magazines, except for subscription contracts for the supply of such publications.
