In addition to gentle deacidification, the alkaline bath promotes health, joy of life, vitality, and fitness. The warm water improves circulation, relaxes the muscles, and enhances the overall well-being of the human body. It provides calm and balance. Relieving physical and mental tension is the key to its success. Stimulating metabolism and positively influencing the autonomic nervous system are pleasant additional effects.
