Product information "Thyme Syrup"
St. Severin Thyme Syrup is produced according to strict manufacturing regulations. Syrup is defined as a watery, sweet preparation with a viscous consistency intended for oral consumption. Our syrups, based on household sugar (sucrose) and water, meet the highest standards and quality. The carefully incorporated thyme extract contains the long-known and important property of thyme: supporting the defense against harmful microorganisms. Thyme provides relaxation and soothing effects on the respiratory and digestive tracts. Syrups were already used in early times to balance body fluids and are still applied today when the airways or digestion need support. Sugar soothes the swallowing tract, balances the mucous membranes in the throat and digestive system, and masks the unpleasant taste of the other ingredients.
Recommended use:
Adults: Take 1 teaspoon – 1 tablespoon 3 - 4 times daily.
Ingredients:
Sugar syrup (sucrose, water), thyme leaf extract. Thyme syrup consists of an extract from thyme leaves in a pleasant-tasting syrup.
Notes:
Our thyme syrup is produced in accordance with strict Austrian regulations and therefore meets the highest standards and quality. Caution for diabetics – contains sugar!
