Application:
Spray 3 times onto the tongue twice daily. Ideally in the morning and evening.
Essences can also be used externally by mixing them into lotions or creams or adding them to bath water, which is particularly effective.

Aqueous plant extracts: Autumn Leaves, Bauhinia, Bottlebrush, Bush Iris, Lichen, Mint Bush, Red Grevillea, Silver Princess; purified water and brandy.
